Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 teaspoon Lavender Infused Honey
  • 1.5 cups almond milk preferably unsweetened vanilla flavored
  • 1 teaspoon Butterfly Pea Flower Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients (Lavender Honey, almond milk, Butterfly Pea Flower Powder, and optional vanilla) to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and serve right away over ice.

Notes

  • If the honey is too thick to blend, microwave it for 5 seconds to liquefy.
  • Sift the butterfly pea powder to prevent clumping for a smoother texture.
  • Add a squeeze of lemon juice at the end to watch the color transform from blue to purple.
