Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and slice rolls in half.
Layer roast beef and Swiss cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.
Melt butter and mix with mustard and seasonings; brush over the top buns.
Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 5 more minutes until golden.
Notes
Cover with foil to keep the beef moist while the cheese melts.
