  • Pastry brush

Ingredients
  

  • 12 rolls Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • 1 lb Roast Beef
  • 8 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and slice rolls in half.
  • Layer roast beef and Swiss cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.
  • Melt butter and mix with mustard and seasonings; brush over the top buns.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake 5 more minutes until golden.

Notes

Cover with foil to keep the beef moist while the cheese melts.
