Ricotta Cheese

Instructions
Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through. Drain fat.
Add sausage, marinara, broth, garlic, and seasoning to the slow cooker.
Cook on Low for 7-8 hours or High for 3-4 hours.
Add broken noodles during the last 30 minutes of cooking time.
Stir in ricotta or dollop on top before serving.
Notes
For best results, do not overcook the noodles. Add them in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
